You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will grant you quicker access

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
We currently do not have a fast track desk for our events
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
You must arrive 5 minutes before your activity starts. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.
That depends on you! With a priority access ticket you will avoid all the queues and enter the event. Please see the specific event information for further information.
We have car parking facilities on site and at remote locations, on exceptionally busy days marshaling will be in force across our car parks. Please follow their instructions.

We have disabled parking spaces immediately in front of the Farm Shop main entrance. All our events are accessible. However we would like to remind wheelchair users that we have a stoned courtyard and the site is on a slight incline when crossing the Courtyard.
You can purchase all tickets on the day and all tickets for events are available across our till points.
Yes. We have restroom facilities across site, including disabled and baby changing facilities.
